Russian farmers cheese pan cakes baked...whomever came up with this recipe is a genius!
250 g farmers cheese
3 tbsp almond flour (original recipe called for farina)
4 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Vanilla to taste
Blend all ingredients together and pour into muffin tins with room for the dough to rise. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Flip upside down on cooling rack. Remove and enjoy warm.
