Cognac Braised Lamb Shanks with Pomme Puree
The lamb shanks looked at me through the glass display, perfectly trimmed and pink. I couldn't walk away. I did a play on my favorite entree from
, Short Ribs. They were perfect to eat outside in the cool evening breeze.
