Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower
4 tbsp parmesan
2 tsp olive oil
salt + pepper

Cut the cauliflower off the stem and chop into inch sized pieces, retaining the integrity of "little white trees".  Make sure it's dry!  Season and sprinkle with olive oil.  Place into a preheated 400F degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.  You'll need to turn the cauliflower at least once.
