Baked Cauliflower
1 cauliflower head
1 c tahini
1 c olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
Boil cauliflower, fully submerged, in salted water for 7 minutes. Drain and place on a tea towel to fully dry. You may also want to blot dry with kitchen paper.
Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
Paint onto the cauliflower, starting upside down and the rotating and placing into the baking tray to paint the rest. Let stand and air dry for about an hour for best results. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
