Short Rib Sukiyaki
I love Hmart! Amazing selection of Asian goods, in addition to enormous meat and fish departments...oh, and a kim chi section where you can sample! I've made a few things after the last shopping trip, including this one, since I've always wanted to say "I made sukiyaki!"
Heat the following just until sugar is dissolved:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp teriyaki sauce
dash of rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
1 lb beef short rib meat, sliced paper thin
1 package of rice noodles
4 green onions
5 baby bella caps

1 package of enoki mushrooms
1 cup of mango slivers

Soak rice noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain. In a pan heat vegetable oil, and throw in the meat. Add in a little of the soy mixture. Let cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add in the rice noodles, green onions chopped into 1 inch pieces, portabellas, and the enoki. Add in the remaining soy dressing and cook covered for 3 minutes. Mix in mango and serve immediately. Yum.
