Dutch Baby Pancake
Disclaimer: This is not my recipe, and is highly addicting.
1/2 milk (plant milk also works)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 425F. Blend everything except the butter until uniform. Add butter into an ovenproof pan and place in the oven until it melts. Pour your batter into the pan. Return to the oven for 20 minutes. Turn heat down to 300F for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove carefully and top with powdered sugar or cinnamon. Or go crazy and use both.
